Scope of services
Talent Crafters provides POSH Act compliance advisory, HR outsourcing, payroll software, and recruitment for Indian SMBs, onsite across Delhi NCR and online pan-India. Scope, duration, and deliverables are defined in a written engagement letter between your organisation and Talent Crafters.
No lawyer–client relationship
Using this website or engaging our services does not, by itself, create an advocate–client relationship or privilege. Formal legal representation requires a separate engagement agreement that expressly creates it.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific outcome in a complaint inquiry, regulatory matter, recruitment search, or dispute. We deliver services in line with applicable law and professional standards; outcomes depend on circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the website or services is limited to the amount paid by you to us in the current financial year. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

Content on this website is the property of Talent Crafters or used with permission. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without prior written consent, except as needed to use our services under your engagement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last reviewed" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance; for material changes affecting an existing engagement, we will notify you separately.
